A part of me wants to think it’s the family but if it wasn’t them then I would feel completely guilty. There is evidence of all three members, especially the brother and mom. A lot of the evidence wasn’t actually mentioned in the video, which point to the family. I guess we will never really know, but I really wish JonBenet would’ve gotten justice... She was only 6 too, the poor child 🥺🥺

Her parents only care for money. You may ask "how?" . A parent who cares about their child would not throw their child or force them in modelling career because they know the side-effects of that career like extreme diet for children is not healthy , if child does mistake in the modelling career his/her parents will physical abuse for not being "P E R F E C T" and mentally abuse too. Come on guys you should care about child's health both mentally and physically . Thanks for reading my counseling 😂 Here take this chocolate:🙌🍫

I’ve studied this case by using a spectrum of suspects who are the least suspects to strong potential suspects. Least 1.) The pedophiles and crime suspects theory. - It doesn’t make sense that an intruder would break in through the basement where the body was found to go upstairs write a 3 page ransom note 📝 then back downstairs where he left the body and didn’t even bother to kidnap her at all. Factors for this theory is inconclusive because how would anyone enter a house on Christmas Day and no one heard not one thing and then the father “miraculously” finding the body with no emotion whatsoever. A true parent would’ve been screaming at that sight and definitely not pick up the corpse. It is human nature not to. Another strange factor to this theory is that the intruder did not kidnap JonBenet where she Would’ve most likely been sold to child slavery in the black market for a hefty price because of her looks. Another factor for this being the least scenario is how did they not know jon benet was missing on Christmas Day ? That is a day where everyone is at home sharing time with loved ones- especially kids. It takes time to kill someone the way she was murdered , so where is the time absence ? Also , whacking someone in the head like she was takes strong force in which a loud thud would’ve been heard. No one heard anything ? Strange. 2.) The brother theory - it could’ve been that possibly her brother killed her by accident. However , how does another child have such force to taser her , strangle her , sexually molest her , and finally hit her skull so hard that it fractures ? Also , while this was happening ,if it was him , where were the parents ? It does not add up. Let’s say he accidentally killed her by perhaps pushing her too hard. However , why would the parents now harm the body and further strangle their own child to protect the other child? Strange. 3.) The father theory - One strong theory is that the father may have had a sexual obsession with his daughter and killed her. He then could’ve made up the story about the ransom to cover his dirty tracks. Whether patty was in on it in this theory , is not sure. 4.) The mother theory - Patsy Ramsey easily could’ve killed her Daughter by accident, very similar to the son theory. However , many questions arise. If she did kill her by accident , why take the extra measures to cover up the accidental murder by strangling , sexually molesting , and cracking her skull open ? Doesn’t make sense at all. 5.) The strongest theory: Both parents killed JonBenet for her life Insurance. Most child entertainers have life insurance. Patsey wanted to place her daughter in the show biz industry as she was once a beauty queen herself. They killed Jon bonnet to make more money. Several factors kind of fall In place with this theory. The father has just received a 180,000 “bonus” from his job. He was also a very successful business man who prided himself on image and money. Patsy was also very inclined to buy top notch clothing and items in her everyday life. It would make sense if they staged it like a killing , and collect the money for themselves. For some reason, they did not want to be investigated whatsoever after the murder and did not show authorities their Bank accounts at all.

JonBenet was in the limelight and could do no wrong. Don't get me wrong, she was a little girl, but was probably also a little brat. She probably pissed off her brother and he lost it, hit her, and strangled her. The parents found them and decided they didn't want to lose two kids so they staged a home invasion.

So, a killer walks on the side of the house, and gets lucky in finding an open window? Then, once inside, he knew his way around the house? This was not just some random nut. This was someone the Ramsey's knew, and possibly paid to murder their daughter. There's way too much here that doesn't make sense.

Let's say even if the brother (who was 9)killed his sister and the parents or parent helped cover it up. I dont think a child would keep a secret hidden like that for so long once the detectives grilled into the questions. And I'm saddened by how many sick men were around her. She was such a gorgeous child but to go beyond that and think of ill thoughts is just sickening! Very very sad unsolved case.

I think this is one of the main reasons why child pageants should not be a thing. I’m in no way taking the blame off off whatever disgusting person killed jonbenet, but I think we covet what we see, and if a lot of grown men can easily see a little girl, dressed up like their favourite fantasy, it makes the girl much more likely to be a potential victim. It’s heartbreaking.

Theory: Someone in the family did it and it was not an accident. Not intended to kill but deliberate violence or an escalation of ongoing physical and or sexual abuse. John Ramsey would have friends in high places to know of potential obvious suspects (don't tell me there's no police corruption here.) I mean, come on! Oliva admitting to harm a little girl in Boulder, Colorado over the phone and carrying her picture? It's too perfect and just as staged as the letter. Judging by his situation, he would be desperate for money and would go as far as to cash in on a widely known murder case, perhaps even involve a friend, knowing he was innocent.

A suspect not mentioned here is JonBenet’s photographer who took photos of her months before her murder. His name is Randall DeWitt. He sold ‘glamour shots’ of JonBenet in 1997 to an agency for 7k. He was indicted on 2019 (after) the making of this video) due to child p*rn charges. Which means that JonBenet was SURROUNDED by a bunch creeps/awful people in her life.

Burke did it. He had a history of angry outbursts according to Patsy's pageant mom friend. I'm almost certain he's somewhere on the autistic spectrum, and he saw Jon Benet with the pineapple and just snapped. Found the closest object and hit her impulsively. The Ramsey's, stricken with grief and denial (denial of Burke's behavior and questionable mental health)- did not want to ruin their reputation as the "perfect american family" So they created this scenario to cover it up. Also something that's worth mentioning is during the phone call with 911 while the call was being connected, you can hear Patsy in the background going "what did you do." To me it's plain as day what happened. But due to white collared privilege and money, this poor girl will never get the justice she deserves. I hope Patsy and John are rotting in hell.

**i have a theory** What if, a couple days ago it wasn’t snowing yet, so the murderer broke in on that day, (explaining why there were no footprints in the snow) and before the murder the intruder (depending on if they use the basement a lot) stayed in the basement and had enough time to write the ransom note. I don’t have a lead suspect in my opinion yet, but I’m guessing it’s one of the younger guys or family. (Also explains why there were no footprints). What do you think?

FOR ANYONE WHO BELIEVE THE RAMSEYS WERE AT FAULT AND PERFORMED A COVERUP (COMMENT#1) There's a documentary call JonBenet: What Really Happened that completely dismisses the theory that the Ramseys did it. It shows that boulder police had a clear agenda from the start of the investigation, and they systematically removed detectives and prosecutors in the DA's office when they failed to line up with their ideas. For those who dont want to watch the documentary or dont have access to it on Discovery Plus, here are just a few points the documentary dismisses: 1. The ransom letter was written by Patsy Ramsy Boulder police claimed that the ransom letter written on Patsy's own notepad was written in her handwriting after consulting with a series of handwriting experts. Handwriting experts analyze handwriting on a 5 point scale, with a score of 5 meaning that the suspect could not be the writer of the handwriting sample in question. Patsy submitted multiple samples of her handwriting to investigators and it was found that she consistently ranked at a 4 to 4.5. So while she could not be cleared beyond a reasonable doubt as the one who wrote the ransom note, it is safe to say the the probability of her writing the ransom note is very close to 0. However, Boulder police flipped this as, "We have evidence that Patsy was the writer of the ransom note," simply because they could not definitively say it couldn't have been her. 2. There was no evidence of footprints in the snow around the house During the night of the murder, there was a heavy layer of snow covering the yard of the house, at least from the front. This is probably the most common form of evidence that people site when debunking the intruder theory, since there were no footprints seen around the house in the snow. However, in photos taken by police from the back portion of the house, there is very clearly no snow. If there was an intruder, they would have been able to access the house from the backyard without every having to cross through the snow from the front of the house. 3. No signs of forced entry Boulder police claimed there to be no signs of forced entry in the house. However, renowned Detective Lou Smit, who had never failed to solve a case under his investigation during his entire career as a detective, was brought in to help investigate the case. Upon examining actual video footage of the basement, Smit noticed something that other detectives and police had either failed to see or simply chosen to ignore: an open window. And I mean like, wide open. In the documentary, they show this footage and it's actually very hard to miss. You can also see in this footage that, directly below this open window, a large suitcase had been propped up against the wall. Also below this window were smudges or streaks of what appeared to be dirt, as if someone had skidded down the wall when climbing in from outside. Upon examining the evidence further, Smit discovered photos of what appeared to be shuffle marks in the dirt directly outside of this open window in the footage. When Smit brought this evidence to Boulder police, they dismissed it immediately, claiming that it would have been impossible for a grown man to slip through the grate covering this window. To debunk this claim, Smit performed his own experiment by successfully opening the grate and slipped through the window easily, before using the same suitcase from the initial footage to get back out. One other important factor to note here is that neighbors claimed to hear the clanging of metal against cement on the night of the murder. In Smit's experiment, as he exits through the window there is a loud clanging sound as he drops the grate back into place above the window.
